As we implement support in your nutritional choices, we can use follow-up blood tests to evaluate how those adjustments are impacting your overall health, ensuring you're on the right track. Get a blood test (you can skip this step if you already have recent results) You have 2 options: 1) Request that your GP or other medical professional order the lab tests for you (see below for the list of markers to test). or 2) We organise the blood testing for you privately (there is a cost to this) 3) Receive your FBC Report 4) Discuss your results and support with our nutritionist in the 30min blood test analysis
