Our nutritionists analyse your 7-day food diary to identify any imbalances in your diet, focusing on macronutrients and micronutrients. With a thorough examination, we provide detailed reports and recommendations to help you achieve your nutrtion goals. You will receive a digital food diary to complete over a 7 day period. Once submitted our nutritionist will provide a report of your results. Please allow up to 5 business days for report to be prepared with results.
